NOTICE

Vehicles are for leisure driving and enjoyment, not for being put through the rigors of aggressive driving or track use.

All sales are final, No refunds after the order has been submitted.
Store credit may given in some circumstances.

1. Age Requirement

No minimum age requirement.

7. Mileage

Vehicles include 50 to 100 miles per day.
A surcharge of $1.00 & up is added for every
mile over the daily allowance.

2. Insurance requirements

A proof of full coverage insurance is required for all rentals.

8. Additional drivers

Additional drivers are allowed at no extra charge as long as they meet same requirements as the renter.

3. Payment method

Major credit cards, debit card or cash sorry No Checks.

9. Vehicles pick ups and delivery.

Vehicles can be picked up from the posted location. We
also offer delivery to hotels, residence, commercial offices, airports or any
specified location in the state for a specified quoted fee.

4. Rental period

Rates are based on 1 Day rental.
All Vehicles due 12pm (Noon)

10. Smoking in vehicles.

Smoking is not allowed in our vehicles.
A cleaning fee will be charged if vehicle is smoked in.

5. Reservation

Reservation are submitted online by selecting vehicle, rental
dates and pick up time. Please have your driver license &
insurance and credit card information available. You will
recieve a email confirmation.

11. Accidents and breakdown.

If accidents occurs or a vehicle breaks down, contact our office and we will assist you in any way possible.

6. Cancellations

When a reservation is submitted online the vehicle is assigned to renter and taken off availability list.
NO REFUNDS

12. Out of state rentals

Vehicles are not allowed out of state without expressed written consent from Auto Exotic Rental.
