Cancellation Policy: All transactions are non-refundable.

Reservation Subject to Change: Due to the nature of our business, we only have one of each of the cars we advertise. In some rare cases, the car you reserve may become unavailable due to customer accident or damages in which the vehicle becomes unsafe for driving or operating. In these circumstances, we will provide with a vehicle of the same or greater value at no additional charge.

Payment Authorization: Auto Exotic Rental, at it's discretion, may ask you to sign a Payment Authorization Form to confirm your transaction. This document becomes a legal and binding contract.

Security Deposit: All rentals (daily and hourly) require a security deposit. The security deposit varies by the type of car rented, the age of the renter and their driving record. The security deposits for hourly rental starts at $500 while the security deposits for full day rental starts at $1000.

Promotions: From time to time, we may offer special promotions. All promotions are subject to end and to change without notice. Coupon codes can be used at the time of checkout to apply active promotions. Please mention any active coupons you may have when making a reservation over the phone. Once an reservation is completed, a promotion or promotional code cannot be applied. Coupon codes cannot be combined. Only one promotion can be used at a time. A coupon cannot be used with a store credit.

Store Credit: Store credit can only be used in the from it was given. For example, if you cancelled a rental worth $1000. We will give you $1000 store credit for rental. If your rental was used with a promotion, we will only provide you with the monetary value paid, but the promotion would be forfeited.
